About the event
Join us for our cleanup along the 8 miles of paved Fish Creek Linear Trail and Fish Creek that runs 8 miles through Arlington and Grand Prairie. We have something for everyone!
Want to get down and dirty? Wear some rainboots or waders and it's perfect for being in the creek. There are wooded areas, 2 parks and a school. From styrofoam cups and bags to grocery carts and tires, we have something for all levels of physical participation. Not only do we remove litter and trash from the environment, we are improving our neighborhoods, community and world all while honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. It is a great event for veterans to come together as well as families, groups, individuals, and those needing volunteer hours.
